Association of Collection Agencies - AIA

Association of Collection Agencies is an association of legal persons, registered at the Prague City Hall in the register of special interest associations of legal persons. The Association was founded in 2002 and since 2006 became a member of the FENCA (Federation of European National Collection Associations).

Members of the Associations are the most important companies operating in field of administration and collection of receivables, which comply with decision of the association’s authorities. Members of the Associations carry out the Bylaws of the Association and agree to abide by the Code of Ethics, which, among others committed to strict compliance with state and local laws and regulations, personal data protection and safeguarding the integrity of debtors in order to act always to increase public confidence in the business of collection agencies.

The aim of the Association is primarily to associate companies in a given field, qualifying for membership, act as proponent of the change of legislation on the basis of practical experience in management of debts, increase the professional and ethical level of members of the Association and the of the Czech debt collection market, cooperate with scientific and educational work from the activities of members of the Association, cooperate with chambers of commerce and commercial department of Embassies in Czech Republic and represent the Czech debt collection market at international level.
