Collection of individual debts

We will take the individual debts or small sets of debts under our administration and we will provide you with the most efficient approach to the collection of outstanding amounts.

Our fee is based merely on the actually collected amount.
The collection methods may be divided into two areas: Out-of-court procedures and legal and distrainment collection of debts.

Out-of-court collection is carried out by call centre services or through personal visits to the debtor by our collection associates.

In terms of legal actions, we co-operate with renowned law offices that, upon initial analysis, define the risk exposure and probability of success of a legal action.

If you already possess a court decision and you wish to submit the debt to a distrainment officer, we will provide you with favourable conditions and supervision over the entire distrainment procedure.

To accelerate the negotiation regarding the conditions of our co-operation, please prepare answers to the following questions:

1. What kind of evidence do you have in terms of the debt? (Contract, acknowledgement of debt, court verdict,… etc.)
2. Is the debtor available at the known address?
3. Do you have any contact information about the debtor, most conveniently a phone number?
4. Is the debtor employed, running a business? (Where and what? Contact info of an employer?).
5. Is there any undertaking or anticipation of a payment?
6. What is the reason for not paying the debt? What is the excuse?
7. Do you know the financial situation of the debtor? (Own house, car? What kind? …)
8. Do you know anybody else to whom the debtor owes money?
9. Other important or interesting information.
